1) A terrible hair malady that usually only strikes exhausted mothers. Generally accompanied by "mom jeans" and baggy t-shirts. 2) A degree of frizz that is very rarely seen, and impossible to tame without a very painful visit to the hairstylist. 3) "I hope I don't end up with a permom when I have kids!!"
